HOW CAN OUR CLIENTS FILE A COMPLAINT?

All information regarding filing complaints may be acquired:

  • From employees of our bank
  • From brochure available in bank offices
  • From our General Terms and Conditions
  • From our web site www.obs.rs

complaints CAN BE SUBMITTED in several ways:

- Visit to one of our branches or credit offices where complaint can be filed in person

- Sending the complaint in written form by post to the bank’s address

- Sending the complaint in written form by email to the address prigovori@obs.rs


Sending confidential information via email should be avoided if possible.
